COLOSSEUM COATINGS W80 is a 100% solids, urethane elastomer coating system which can be sprayed onto most surfaces as a continuous protective lining which is resistant to abrasion, cutting, gouging and water, and resistant to certain other corrosion-causing chemicals, oils, fuels and solvents.

It is intended as a lining for wear, rust, corrosion, noise reduction and waterproof membrane.

COLOSSEUM COATINGS W80 was developed to be processed through unheated spraying machines that could only operate at 1:1 v/v mixing ratio. Since the isocyanate remains liquid at temperatures down to 5 degrees Celcius or less, COLOSSEUM COATINGS W80 is very user-friendly.

Accurate measurement of physical properties requires bubble-free test pieces that are difficulty to obtain from sprayed samples. The properties quoted below are obtained from laboratory samples, and are therefore only indicative of what will be obtained in practice, since the quality of spraying is dependent on operator skills.
